I responded to an online ad, and Adam and Stephen worked with me to close the deal remotely. I was really impressed with how smooth the process was. They moved things right along, answered all of my questions, made the car available for a 3rd party inspector, and were never pushy or difficult to deal with. I had a great experience, and would happily do business with them again any time.

I purchased a car based on an online ad, and would happily work with Byers Ford again. Adam was easy to work with, and confident about what needed to be done to close the deal remotely. I ordered a 3rd party inspection, and Adam helped get that done without any issues. Similarly, Steve was easy to work with, and walked me through signing all of the necessary paperwork. I went back to this shop a couple weeks after my original inspection and work and this time really soured me on the place. Perhaps naïvely, I expressed that I had an active warranty this time around and hoped my issue could be resolved for no more than my deductible. STAY AWAY! I trade cars a lot. I have bought over 35 cars in the last 30 years. I trade-in my car every year, sometimes twice per year. I have never been lied to and talked down to like this from any dealership before. Byers Ford had a Jeep I wanted to buy. They emailed me a fair price. I logged onto THEIR website, I accurately and honestly entered my trade information. They offered me a cash offer of $32,600. Fourth car purchased through Byers. This has by far been a frustrating experience. Only had the car a year and with such low mileage I wouldn’t think it would require such expensive maintenance. I don’t even think it was inspected before sold. A new battery new brakes etc needed is crazy for first year of ownership. Definitely unfortunate experience as previous experiences have always been positive. Definitely will rethink next purchase.

Salesman Mark gets 5 stars while Bill and the rest of the finance team and office get -3 stars due to a refusal to deliver a used car title which turned out to have an odometer discrepancy. No title to the bank, no memo to me 6 months later. And the worst and most relevant part... No follow up calls to my concerns. Garbage customer service that has resulted in a complaint filed and a full refund pending. Avoid while Bill is employed in finance!

From start to finish my experience with Byers ford was great. Keaton was my salesperson and he was helpful and didn’t pressure me into buying anything i didn’t want. There was a crack on the windshield of the car i bought and they fixed it the next weekend and gave me the full treatment. 10/10 would recommend buying from here!

Purchased the extended warranty with used truck. 3 times ive scheduled appts with service and was clear each time that I would need a loaner or rental vehicle. Twice I called Byers service directly. Th.most recent their 3rd party called m to schedule. All 3 times they havent had a vehicle for me to use. Sad part is the warranty covers the cost of a rental. They could make more $ renting to me than loaning a vehicle. I do not reccomend Byers service department and I would not reccomend buying the extended warranty.

Do not ever do business with them! And never buy a Ford! My ford has been bad from the beginning. Ford put in a bad transmission it’s had two clutches replaced since I bought it in 2015. It has less than 60,000 miles on it needs a new clutch but they’re saying the warranty is out. Not acceptable Ford made a bad decision there’s lawsuits in California about this. But it doesn’t matter to the regular consumer they sell make their money and then the heck with you. Stay away from buying any Ford products

But after getting it home 3 hours away the vehicle was missing a part that was causing a boost leak when the work was done at their shop before I bought the vehicle. Very disappointing and it’s a far drive to go back to have it done so I had to get it fixed myself.
