The scheduling system need work. I originally made a service appointment through the system which provided me at least two confirmation emails. The next day when no one showed up I called and it all got sorted. I was told that sometimes the auto scheduling doesn't work ?????. Other than that everything was great.

Very happy with the Service at Byers Ford. They are very timely, share information as the service work unfolds. The car always has a floor protector out in it, which tells me they care and are concerned about the condition of the interior as well. Always a good experience at Byers
The part needed was not in stock so service started searching for it. Thought they would need it until next day to go get it and install. They were able to find part and install in same day and I was able to pick up my truck before they closed.
Another great experience with Sly Wallen and the Byers team! It was the 60k maintenance check so it was not cheap but happy with the outcome and will be back for the next maintenance.
The service folks here are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. Old school dealership with old school approach to providing customers with a good experience. I’ve been to a few dealers and a few more 3rd party service shops in the area, the Byers team has been great to me when other - albeit more affordable - shops just don’t deliver.

I went in for a recall, but also wanted them to check a few other things and they were close to closing time. They managed to get everything checked out timely and I really appreciated it. I also like the new feature of texting you updates while waiting and sending diagnostic/ invoice through text.
The staff was great. It took longer than it should have due to needing the blue ribbon to pay for something under warranty.
overall ok, had to talk with the mechanic about a tire issue, did not like his arrogant attitude.
