I almost always have great service at Byers. I made an appointment using "Brenda" due to needing brakes along with my oil change. Unfortunately, they did not have my brake supplies in stock. So I have to come back again for the brakes. Otherwise service was great and staff apologized for "Brenda's" error after finding out she was an AI scheduler.
Rick just sat with me on the phone for a half hour helping me figure out exactly what im looking for. Forever grateful for that. He was incredibly forthcoming and honest.

Byers is a great place to take your vehicle. If you’ve got a diesel truck Nate & Chuck are the ones you want servicing and repairing it. They are honest and it's a very busy service department. Just like all dealerships it’s over priced. Example: $81.84 to replace the cabin air filter…It’s right behind the glovebox. Way over priced

When I returned home from my oil change, I ordered an air filter as suggested in my check up report. As I went to change the air filter, my oil cap was sitting on top of the engine and oil has splashed out. So, I had to clean this up and luckily did not lose the cap. Not the best experience.

Well it took a couple tries haha but they did go the extra mile to get my 1966 mustang rolling. I realize that a 66 mustang isn't something today's mechanics get to work on and sometimes parts are hart to find so I think that was a good part of the delay...so no griping here. The main mechanic was great and knew his stuff.

I have personally have never had a bad experience with Byers ford. I recently had a recall on my F150. As always my vehicle was in and out about an hour or so. The employees were extremely perfessional and curtiious. I would recommend anyone to visit Byers Ford in Delaware Ohio.

Had an issue with the fuel injector connection on my F-150 that the Ford app notified me about right away. Love that app. It took two days to diagnose the problem, and three days for the part to come in. The issue I have is that I had to ask for information after the first day. No one let me know anything unless I asked until the quote for the work that needed to be completed. An update after the first day would have been helpful. My vehicle broke down and it was after hours at Byers. I had road side assistance tow my car to Byers Service. I used the night drop envelope to explain the issue. Service texted me first thing in the morning to let me know they got my drop off and would assess my car as soon as possible. By 11:42am I was informed they determined the problem, it was a recall related issue, they resolved the problem, cost was all covered by Ford due to the recall and I could come get my vehicle! Elated!!

Took my truck in for an oil change and a day or so later noticed oil on the drive. Was able to get in first thing, they looked at it and explained the issue... it was a design change and even the person that did the initial oil change cane out and told be about it and took ownership of not getting all the old oil wiped up. I am 100% happy with the service.
They are very responsive even on the weekend. Did everything they could to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Very pleased.
