The service time was acceptable but trying to pay my bill and get checked out took almost as long as the service. I have never seen a business that is so Disorganized and just plain Slow. It should not be that difficult.

We went to Buyers Ford in Ohio fully prepared and ready to purchase a Ford F-150. Unfortunately, our experience with the salesman was extremely disappointing.
From the beginning, his attitude came across as rude and disrespectful. As customers who were seriously interested in buying a vehicle, we expected to be treated professionally and with basic courtesy. Instead, the way we were spoken to made us feel like our business was not valued.

Communication was great, but unfortunately they only said that two tires needed replaced and that was the furthest thing from the truth, after I got my car I noticed that the two tires that were not replaced also needed replaced along with the other two, I don’t know how that was missed but it was very unfortunate as the other services and communication were very good, only other issue I would have is that it was quite pricey to replace the two tires that were replaced.
Was great up until the financing. Rusty went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted and at the discount that was advertized. There was over an hour long wait to get into the finance office. Once in, financing was very quick, since I had a preapproval letter. The finance officer asked if I was a member of the Credit Union, I said yes. Despite this, there was a significant charge that is only applicable when an applicant is not a member of the credit union. I was very satisfied with the oil change service and the work performed on my truck. However, I was disappointed to see an additional charge for shop supplies added to the bill. The advertised price for “The Works” package stated a specific cost, and there was no mention of extra shop supply fees in the advertisement. Had this charge been disclosed upfront, I would have had a clearer understanding of the total cost before authorizing the service. I would appreciate an explanation of this charge and consideration of honoring the advertised package price as presented.

I’m not the best to do reviews for dealerships because it’s hard for me to buy / trade vehicles in and the dealership makes a couple thousands but that’s how you make money. But overall it was a good experience. The salesman Wesley was nice and respectful.

I almost always have great service at Byers. I made an appointment using "Brenda" due to needing brakes along with my oil change. Unfortunately, they did not have my brake supplies in stock. So I have to come back again for the brakes. Otherwise service was great and staff apologized for "Brenda's" error after finding out she was an AI scheduler.
Rick just sat with me on the phone for a half hour helping me figure out exactly what im looking for. Forever grateful for that. He was incredibly forthcoming and honest.
